- You may return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or personalized jute bags.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
How to Initiate a Return

- Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided in our response email. Please ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect and process your return within 5-7 business days.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchange Policy
- Items can be exchanged for another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
